There is a discount makeup site w/ alot of different brands ( MAC , Lancome , etc .. ) Ive never tried looking for Urban Decay on the site but you can check it out

Also www.cherryculture.com has tons of different brands and their makeup is cheap ( they range from drugstore to high end ) .. So its worth checking out even tho they dont sell Urban Decay !
