ELF is good quality and everything costs $1 each, but they don't have much color selection when it comes to eyeshadows. Wet n' Wild has a ton of colors and their shadow quads are very nice.





Also, check your local big 99 Cents Only stores -- sounds like a bad suggestion, I know, but I've found tons of great quality makeup there that they bought overstock from other places. I've bought many Physicians Formula products there that would normally be in the $8-$12 range.Where can i buy makeup at a discounted price?
